For the second year in a row we picked up the Strength Gym of the Year award at the prestigious National Fitness Awards.
When we won this in 2022 we were really happy but to win it again a year later is just incredible especially in the midst of some truly Fierce competition.
This last year we have ran a number of regional powerlifting events, Co-hosted an international powerlifting event, ran a strongman competition, supported members in their bodybuilding journeys, hosted 2 Gymnastic and calisthenics seminars, hosted 2 Arm wrestling competitions and well as continuing to be the home of Milton Keynes Arm Wrestling.
We invest in monthly gym equipment maintenance to make sure our equipment is always in good working order and any downtime is kept to a minimum so as not to affect our members. We have purchased new equipment and listen to what our members want.
We have the most qualified staff in any gym in Milton Keynes between the Fitness team and the Personal Trainers meaning we can fully support all of our members on their fitness journeys no matter their interests or abilities.
