Would you like to feel stronger and more confident in the gym?

Ladies Lifting club is about teaching you the techniques to safely perform lifts such as the Squat, Deadlift, Bench press, Overhead press and other lifts that will help to increase your strength, change your body composition and increase your confidence in the gym.

The sessions will run twice a week on a Monday and a Wednesday at 11am-12pm for members at Fierce Gym and will be on a 4 week rolling basis, each session will be different but after the 4 weeks they revert back to the first session.

You will be able to join in at any time (subject to availability) and then once you have completed every session in the programme you should feel more confident in the gym performing free weight exercises and have a better understanding of how to structure your training

The classes will be taken by 2 of our Fierce Team who are highly experienced in this type of training.

This is not a bootcamp class so whilst you will be exercising the focus is on technique and knowledge sharing, observing, learning and the practising.

Who is the Ladies lifting club for?

The lifting club is for female members of Fierce Gym who wish to learn techniques, improve their confidence in the gym, increase their strength.

How is the class structured?

The classes will be for a max of 10 people and will be held upstairs around the rig. The programme will focus on compound lifts and accessory work and will give you a better understanding of how the muscle groups work.

What happens after the 4 weeks / I have completed all 8 sessions?

We want to make this programme accessible to as many people as possible so after completing the full 8 sessions we would expect you to feel confident to go it alone or with a friend ๐Ÿ˜Š

Is there an additional charge for this?

No, this is included in your Fierce Gym membership.

Do I need any specialist equipment?

No, just gym attire and a good pair of trainers
