The Fierce employee of the quarter in December and for the third consecutive quarter was team member Jacob as voted for by Fierce members.
Sadly, Jacob left us in January to pursue a career in the police force but intends to return to Fierce once he has completed his police training to work on an ad-hoc basis between his shifts with the police.
Members spoke of Jacob’s friendly and approachable nature, his tough bootcamps and his extensive knowledge of training.
Jacob helped a lot of people during his time at Fierce and was a great team member who will be missed by all.
