On June 26th we hosted our 3rd BDFPA regional qualifying event.
We had 26 lifters ranging in age from 14 to 71 and in weight class 60kg to 145kg.
The day ran really smoothly and the support for those competing was as always incredible, there were some great fights for lifts and lots of PB’s.
The loaders and spotters did a great job and got the lifts moving efficiently and supported the lifters impeccably.
The lifters of the day came from the 82.5kg category for the men and the 63kg category for the ladies.
We will be hosting another one of these qualifying events on Sunday October 23rd and we hope to host some larger events next year.
