I have interest in a variety of different fitness disciplines having competed in BodyBuilding and Powerlifting and wanted to provide a Gym that catered for all no matter age, ability or fitness interests

I've worked in the fitness industry since 2015, focusing on customer service and creating a welcoming space. Health and fitness are key to my life, benefiting both body and mind. In my free time, I enjoy running and have gone from couch to marathon, proving that mindset makes all the difference.

I’ve been with fierce since day one, helping members make the most of their fitness journey. I found my love for fitness through doing MMA from a young age. I enjoyed the discipline and pushing my body to its limits. I want to help you unlock your full potential through personalised training and sustainable lifestyle changes. With a background in fat loss and strength training, we will work together to create a tailored workout plan that delivers results while keeping our sessions fun and empowering.
